Rebel Playground worked with Tribal Travel and Events over several years to stage the gala closing events for their client's annual National Broker Conferences. With the brief of dreaming 'bigger and brighter' year after year, our third event in 2019 was delivered at The Timber Yard – a landmark venue in the heart of Port Melbourne.

The raw industrial warehouse was transformed into a magical garden. Steel scaffolding celebrated the venue's industrial heritage while crystal chandeliers, ghost chairs and enchanting forest gardens, running the entire length of tables set for hundreds, set the scene for a night of the unexpected. The theatrical reveal of a contemporary orchestra emerging from the mist while a crushing performance by Melbourne DJ YO! MAFIA rounded out a more than memorable night for 1,000 delighted guests.
